What is Resurfacing?
It is our ability to apply a NEW coating to an existing surface. Our process allows us to take a variety of high quality coatings and bond them to numerous substrates. This allows us to make your worn out tub and tiles, or dated kitchen countertop and cabinets look new and beautiful once again!

From bathtubs and showers to countertops and cabinets, our resurfacing process can save you 50% to 75% over the cost of replacement when you factor in everything that has to be considered when ripping out and replacing. We don’t need to involve different contractors, or delve into the unknown. We can resurface your tub without removing your tiles! We can resurface your countertop without removing your sink, resurface your cabinets without disturbing your countertop or backsplash. So we don’t come across the unexpected little extras that always cost you money!

In most cases we can complete most jobs, in just 2 days! We get the work done quickly and with as little interruption to your daily life as possible.
Our Process
- Our first concern is protecting your home prior to the commencement of any work. We cover surrounding areas and exposed surfaces using tarps, floor paper, plastic and tape. We mask off door openings to contain the work space as much as possible. We even go as far as building temporary walls for open concept living spaces.
- Surfaces are cleaned, repaired and prepped.
- Application of our bonding agent ensures proper adhesion of the new coating to the existing surface. We don’t need to use any toxic acids to etch the surface!
- We use venting fans that move 2000 cubic feet of air per minute to exhaust all coating odours to the outside. You don’t have to leave your home while we work and we can complete these applications year round! We even have ways to keep the air clean when venting to the exterior is not possible.
- Application includes multiple coats of high quality primer resins, your choice of over 30 designer colours, and finally our protective clear coats. All of our coatings are applied using HVLP spray equipment – so our finishes don’t have streaks, roller marks or brush strokes. Deficiencies such as these will give your project the “Do It Yourself” look that can be seen in the work of many of our competitors. Surfaces We Refinish
Cabinets
Epic Resurfacing Solutions resurfaces your kitchen, bathroom or laundry room cabinets and makes them look like new. We can even make new shaker style doors, repair water damaged wood and update all hardware (handles and hinges). We can even modify or make changes to your existing cabinetry if necessary. Ask us about our soft closing in-cabinet drawers and sliders, too!
Countertops and Backsplashes
Using one of our EPIC COLOURS we can make your tired looking countertops look like new. We grind seams for a seamless counter, repair burns and cover up the daily wear and tear that your countertops are showing. This will give your kitchen or bathroom an updated fresh new look. ( We can also install new Quartz counters now as well)
Tiles
We can resurface any tile wall or floor to look like new. Grout lines and silicone maintenance can be completely avoided with our resurfacing process. Grout lines are sealed, gaps in corners where tiles meet are filled prior to resurfacing, so silicone is no longer needed!
Tubs and Showers
Jacuzzi tubs, standard tubs, enamel, steel or fibreglass. Showers including tile walls and pans, or fibreglass walls and pans can all be resurfaced and made to look like new in less time and for less money than replacing.
