Let us resurface your dated and tired looking counters and backsplashes.
Our durable acrylic coatings adhere to your existing (laminate, formica, cultured marble, Corian, tile, granite) countertop. The process involves the application of a very durable and heat resistant acrylic coating. Countertop refinishing is a cost effective way to get a new and updated stone-look finish that is almost always less than the cost of replacement! ( We are now also installing Quartz counters as well if that is your preference) Call for details.
We do not need to remove your sink, so contracting with a plumber is not necessary. Countertop seams that are swollen and water damaged are ground out and filled to give the finished product the look and feel of a solid seamless, one piece surface. Chips, burn marks, missing laminate and other imperfections are repaired prior to resurfacing. We can even repair water rot around taps and faucets! You’ll be amazed at how we can transform your countertop into a thing of beauty once again!
The coatings we use are proven, and food safe. CSA approved.
Backsplashes
If you are updating your countertop, you may also want to change the look of that dated tile backsplash! Our coatings can just as easily be applied to an existing tile surface.

Cabinets
Replacement of kitchen cabinets can be extremely costly and usually ends up involving a much more extensive renovation than planned. If you are ripping out your cabinets, you’re likely going to have to remove everything (countertop, backsplash etc). That gets expensive!

How It Works
- Careful prep and containment of the work area using tarps, paper, plastic and tape to protect all the other surfaces and fixtures in your home.
- Cleaning process to ensure all contaminants are removed and that proper adhesion of the new coating will be obtained.
- Light sanding and wood filling.
- We apply 5 to 7 coats of high-build primers and water-based top coats. Both are professionally applied using HVLP spray equipment (no paint brush or roller streaks).
- Tear down and tidy up of work space.
- 40 to 50 hours of shop time are dedicated to the resurfacing of your cabinet doors and drawer faces. Production times and shop schedules generally allow us to complete this offsite work in 2 to 3 weeks.
We will then return with your cabinet doors and drawer faces for reinstallation. Hinge adjustments (where necessary) and handle install will be done at that time.
All you have to do is pick the colour (we can match any colour). Sit back and relax, we do everything else!
Only the finest quality shellacs and lacquers are used!
